Main Season 2020/2021


Morning Vinyasa, morgen yoga/pilates

The purpose of the class is to give you the opportunity to start the day with a sense of energy and balance. The lessons will vary and revolve around different themes from time to time, but the starting point is a dynamic practice that begins and ends with meditation. The movement awakens, strengthens and stretches the body, while the meditation calms the mind and allows you to feel before you step out into the world.


In class, we mix dynamic yoga and strengthening pilates. Breathing is central and regardless of any other theme, there will always be a great focus on the back, shoulders and neck.
