Main Season 2020/2021

Yoga - fortsætter

This class is aimed at participants who have completed at least one full season of yoga.

You can make sun greetings, know the complete/deep breathing and have become acquainted with the classic yoga positions. We alternate between flows and classical hatha yoga, with special focus on balance and strength and get inspiration from Yin Yoga.

Each class ends with either relaxation or mindfulness.


Due to covid 19, you must bring your own yoga mat and a blanket, if needed
