Main Season 2020/2021


Yinmind is a calm and meditative yoga form that merges yin yoga and mindfulness. Based on long, passive yin stretches, the body's joints, bones and organs are stimulated, and the connective tissue is gently stretched. At the same time, physical as well as mental stresses are loosened and the nervous system is calmed down.

The positions are mainly sitting and lying for 2-5 minutes duration and complemented by mindfulness and a calm breathing that creates calm and presence in body and mind. A yinmind class will often begin meditation and end with relaxation and may also include breathing exercises.


Practical information 

Since yin yoga is a silent yoga form, it is recommended that you bring an extra sweater and possibly. socks.
