Vinyasa Yoga Flow

In vinyasa yoga flow we flow through the positions by means of breathing. In contrast to hatha yoga, we do not hold the positions for a long time, but will be in constant flow with focus on the breathing and the transition between the individual positions.

Here our muscles become warm, and our bodies will eventually become stronger and more flexible.

No classes will be the same, which means that from time to time there will be focus on different parts of the body, such as shoulder & neck, hip, leg, core/ abs, back etc.

The class always ends with a nice guided savasana-relaxation where we make the entire body relax - every single body part.
