Vinyasa yoga (English)

Vinyasa yoga is a kind of moving meditation repeating a series of positions such as plank, chaturanga, cobra and down dog. 

The beginner class will start with relaxing all tensions in the body - and work on connecting breathing and vinyasa flow movement. 

In the experienced class we will focus on a good combination of stretch and strength - and explore different kinds of asanas (yoga positions) in between vinyasa.
