Trampoline
Trampoline is first and foremost a lot of fun! It is a great way to exercise the whole body, and I guarantee you will be challenged. When in the trampoline, you will be challenged on your balance, your fitness, your muscle strength and your mindset.
Trampoline is for everyone - both those, who want to learn a lot of new things and those, who want to stay healthy in a fun way. We will start by warming up on the floor in order to avoid injures. After this, we jump trampolines for the rest of the time.
As a beginner you will start by learning the basics and after you get started on somersaults (front and backwards).
Trampoline is a sport that is taught well through play. Through play and experimenting with your movement in the air you gain knowledge, sense and control over your movements on the trampoline. So coordinated play, games and challenges are a natural part of the training. We will also work with synchronous jumps on multiple trampolines at the same time.
Since practice is individually based, you may start in this class throughout the entire season.
