Strength training SPOT - for all
Weightlifting SPOT is for all - men and women - who would like to be introduced to weightlifting, improve exsisting techniques or simply are looking for new challenges and new people to train with.
The classes is for you who either:
- Would like to become confident using the traditional instruments of weightlifting and strength training, work and develop your techniques and become physically stronger and confident in your workout routines.
- Or allready posses basic knowledge of weightlifting and strenght training and who would like to challenge exsisting routines making them more focused and functional, or who simply are eager to learn new drills and challenges.
You will be introduced to the classical lifts used in weightlifting and receive feedback on your technique in a safe setting with room for both sweat and smiles. The class will work from a basis of classic weightlifting techniques, but if you would like a specific focus, i.e. power, core or endurance, that will be possible as well.
The class will do a joint warm-up and will afterwards seperate into smaller groups working with different lifts and challenges.
The aim of the classes is that you will experience improvements in both technique and strenght, become increasingly confident with your workout routines and to encourage you to add variation and focus to your training. If you are in doubt regarding your level, you are welcome to contact the trainers to help you find the perfect level for you.
You are guaranteed sore muscles, focus on technique and both sweat and smiles during the workouts!
