Main season 2019/2020


 - for women only  

The actual training in strip fitness consists of short choreographies - often inspired by sensual dance. We learn repetitive movements that builds flexibility, strength and conditioning. The training is for women of all sizes that want to have fun, get a tight buttock and a toned body.


Please note: 

  • The team starts Monday, October 7

  • Are you signed up for this class, you are welcome to participate in Saturday dance  - see chart with sports.
