Levels

Beginner/Continued beginner

This is the team for those who are new to or are not quite ready for easy exercise.

Each workout starts with a thorough warming that aims to increase strength, coordination and body awareness. After the heating, we work with station training to improve your technical skills.

We start with your level, and our goal is to move you and the team step forward.
We do not train for competition or show, so if your focus is on training and professing, then this is the team for you.

 

Intermediate/experienced

This is the team for you who is easy-to-practice gymnast and would like to continue your development.

Each workout starts with a thorough warming that aims to increase strength, coordination and body awareness. After the heating, we work with station training to make you technically more skilled. In addition, work is also being done on the finished jumps on the track and trampled. We start from your level, and our goal is to move you further.

 

Intermediate

Airtrack: Arab jump, flap, reverse salt and combinations thereof. Force jump, salt (closed, hip, stretched) and combinations thereof.

Tramped: Salto (closed, hip-bent, stretched) possibly. with screws.

 

Intermediate-level

Airtrack: Arabs jump flap (backwards (double) salt) possibly. with screw. (Salto) Force jump, salt (closed, hip, stretched) possibly. with screw.

Stomped: Salto (closed, hip, stretched) with screw. Double rotating.

The training will end with strength training to improve your physics and prevent injuries. We do not necessarily train towards competition or show, so if you just want to train and improve your skills, then this is the team for you.
