Main Season 2019/20

Self-defence

"The training is intense, physically demanding and gives you basic tools to handle a threatening situation - and a sense of security in your knowledge of your own skills", instructor Rebekka Dahl, 2018 Ju Jutsu World Championships Bronze-winner.  

This class is for you that wants be introduced to a number of self defense techniques allowing for both pratical and theoretical knowledge in how to handle yourself in threathening situations.

This training will help you develop enhanced bodily confidence and insight in efficient possible actions when confronted with a threat. The class is open to both men and women.

 

3-hour intense Workshop in Self-defense, Saturday 7th September 2pm-5pm

Try out Self-defense in our intense 3-hour workshop that introduces you to basic self-defense techniques and some of the classic challenges we work with on our 4-month Self-defense class that runs from September to December.
