Roller ski training
For anyone who likes flow, speed and balance!
Roller skiing is a fun way to work out, and it challenges and trains your sense of balance. The reward is a glorious sense of drift and flow.
The training begins with basic technique on roller skis with offset, how to use the poles and how to brake. After this the coach will introduce fun and challenging exercises and games, so you will get better on the roller skis. After a few times of training, you will typically have automated the basic movements, and the heart rate will come up and the trainer will show up with more challenging excercises, techiques and intervals.
For those who allready know basic rollerski-techniques the trainer will prepare some more challenging training from day one.
You borrow KSI's roller skis, poles and boots (included in the fee). But it is and advantage to show up with your own and welknown gear! You need to bring your own (ex. bicycle) helmet.
When you have signed up you will get some advantages as automatically member of KSI Ski Department and Danish Ski Federation.
Change off class, from or to this class, can only take place at the KSI-Office (not online).
