Rise and Shine

Rise and Shine" is for those who want to get a good start to the day. For those who like to start the day getting stretched, moving and feeling your body.

After your bike ride through the city, or travel in a stuffed metro, we shift your focus from the busy surroundings to yourself, your body and just to be for a while.

We start out by awakening the body slowly, through calm movements and lovely stretching with delicious tones in the speakers. We scan your body carefully and land for a moment before your day starts.
Just as quietly increases the pace, and through mobilizing exercises we get lubricated joints and heat throughout the body. We make different series of movements that awaken the body after the night's sleep and stretch you out on all the joints and edges after the week's desk hours. After a shot of good music and walking in the body we finish with a nice long relaxation. Then you are ready for your day!

On this team, you will be moving your entire body in a way that is particularly beneficial if you sit down a lot, spend a lot of time in front of the computer, do it with tension headaches or notice that you want to move a little more. The pace and focus of the exercises are also particularly beneficial for those who need a little breathing space in their daily lives.
