Main Season 2020/21

Power Plus

- women only

This is a class for women who want to build overall body strength, elasticity and endurance.

The training is based on joint activities such as circuit training, partner exercises and classic strength training. The training takes place primarily in the gym, but will also be supplemented with training on the floor, on stairs and maybe outside if the weather permits it

The goal is to become strong, persevering and resilient - hence the name Power Plus.
