Main Season 2019/2020


Pilates is an efficient and gentle training where you’ll learn to use your body in the healthiest way. This is achieved by strengthening and stabilizing the centre of the body together with greater flexibility. Pilates focuses on optimizing the training of the muscles around the spine. The exercises focus on stability, strength, endurance and flexibility so that the body can work effortlessly. The exercises are carried out at a calm paceand the breath is used to activate the muscles and releasing tension.

The benefits of practicing pilates include developing strength, balance and visible muscle tone with continuous practice. There is minimal aerobic value from pilates, but this is offset by a significant and swift improvement in body posture, body awareness and coordination.
