We continue our training for members in april and may

Outdoor Cross

With Outdoor Cross sets we work functionally with mainly our own body weight. The exercises combine strength and conditioning elements that are varied so that you experience both high heart rate and mass of acid in the muscles. We work individually, but use each other in the group to push up the intensity.

You need to register in "Hold" and prepare for a little by reading below.

You need to meet dressed for the workout. Remember water, sweat wipe, hand wipe and clothing to keep you warm after your workout.

Everything you need for the training you need to bring yourself.

Please Note: We train outdoors.
