Main Season 2020/2021

Morning yoga

This class is for you who wants a comfortable, energizing yogasession in the morning. Come and get new energy for the day, as well as getting stronger, softer and more conscious about your breathing. The content of the classes will vary, and you can expect good, allround sequences, that will leave you with a stronger sense of inner peace.

Along the way elements from the philosophy of yoga will be introduced, and you might learn some cool hand balances as well.
