Morning Cardio is for everybody who likes training and getting up early. You enjoy the social aspects by training in a class and you like a varied workout.
The training is held by different coaches, and this means lots of variety, and we can promise you a workout that makes you sweat and gives you sore muscles. The training is built on basic training with cardio and strength training, spiced with a lot of fun.
We make room for everyone, e.g. by dividing the class into different levels, by providing the participants with more options for each excersice and by mixing the participants across their training level.
