With this type of training you can achieve great fat burning, strength and muscle gain in a short time. The training combines intensity, functionality and variety in just the right mix to achieve the best results. We work both individually and in pairs and switch from indoor to outdoor activity and between strength training and cardio. We never isolate a muscle, but let the body work against the work load. This method gives you strength, balance, stamina and confidence, and eventually you will be able to carry your own body weight in all conceivable ways.
