Main Season 2020/21

Kickboxing Exercise 

This class is for those who want to learn martial arts in an intense training environment with more focus on intense training than the fight itself. We do floor exercises, kicks and punches against pillows, work wit your technique and we make sure to keep a high intensity. The training provides you with stamina and a well-proportioned body.

We will focus on working with correct kicking technique, hitting techniques and how to take an opponent down. As you master the right techniques and get real combat skills, you build up strength, power, balance and agility. You need the strength to keep your balance and stabilize your posture.
