Main season 2018/19

Hula Hop

Learn hula hoop tricks and get the hourglass shape in a super fun way.

In these classes we train with dance hoops and trick rings in the correct adult size, so everyone can learn. You're not going to stop again once you get started.

Hula hop is super effective training for the entire body. Especially for the abs and back, but you will also notice that your arms, buttocks and legs become stronger. Your coordination skills and concentration skills will also be improved, and at the same time the body is massaged while we are having a party out of the ordinary. 

Sign up for for the beginners' calss if you are completely new, but the intermediate class if you already know a number of hula hoop tricks and effortlessly can keep the ring going.

Wear workout clothes and training shoes.
