Main Season 2019/2020

Hula Hop

Learn hula hoop tricks and dance and get the hourglass shape in a super fun way.

On the teams we train with dancehoops and trick-rings in the correct adult size, so everyone can learn. You're not going to stop again once you get started.

Hula hop is super effective workout for the entire body. Especially for abs and back, but you will also notice that your arms, buttocks and legs become stronger. Your coordination skills and concentration skills will also be improved while the body is massaged and we while we a hula party out of the ordinary going with swearty forehead.

The class is for all - beginners as well as experts. Wear workout clothes and training shoes.

 

Please note: Are you signed up for this class, you are welcome to participate in Saturday dance  - see chart with sports.
