Main Season 2019/2020

Hiphop

In this class, we practice a mix of urban hiphop while at the same time we strengthen our bodies. If you like to dance and also wants to tighten up your body, then come and join us - regardless of your dance experience.

You will learn different hip hop choreographies. The class starts with a thorough warm-up, where we train endurance, strength, agility, and also do some isolation exercises. 

To dance well, it is best with a stable and strong body, which also fits well with the strengthening exercises we make along the way in this class.

 

Please note: Are you signed up for this class, you are welcome to participate in Saturday dance  - see chart with sports.
