Main Season 2019/2020

Hatha Yoga Flow

In this class we work with Hatha Yoga in flow, moving from one pose to the next in time with the breath. We work with each flow for about a month, sometimes focusing on the small details sometimes working up a sweat. Most classes will have a wind down period of static poses and guided relaxation. While the teacher can modify most poses and movements to suit individual bodies, please note that if you are pregnant or suffer from injuries in shoulders or wrists, this class is not right for you!
