Main Season 2019/2020

Gear Down

In this class we focus on gearing down. We switch from today's activity level to a quieter gear where you can get peace of mind, a deeper breathing, and think of a shelf until you have to use them again tomorrow. We shake our day, make it possible to rest and recover so that it is easier to settle down when you get home.

 

We are going to work with slow movement series and exercises that help to get rid of tension in the body. We are going to do various attention exercises that can give the head a break, lovely stretch and final relaxation.

Gear down is for those who want to create peace for yourself, feel your body, and give yourself a little break - both on the team but also at home. In this team you will gain knowledge about how your autonomous nervous system is affected in your everyday life, what significance it has, and you get tools to create peace, break and recovery. You will learn how to use exercises and techniques at home that can support you when you need it.
