Fencing is a wonderful blend of nostalgia and modern sport. It's an easy sport to get started with and you get to train and fight with and against even experienced fencers. It is also a sport where there is always room for improvement. You'll train balance, fine motor skills, techniques, reaction drills and of course you will have a lot of fun games.
Fencing is a physically demanding sport that develops concentration, strength, speed and flexibility. You learn to move quickly through the legwork and get your heart rate up with intense fighting at high speed. Fencing is a sport that is easy is to attend because the sport does not require much introduction before you are ready to put on your fencing clothes and seize the sword and fence. Good physical condition Fencing will improve your physical shape, and the sport is ideal for those who want to stay in shape regardless of ability or gender. Combat training You learn sword fighting just like in real tournaments, and you will apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.
