Dietary guidance and personal class training

Do you lack energy and surplus for tests and exams, or do you need to improve your overall health by gradually changing your diet? Or do you need help finding the most appropriate way to work out that fits your body exactly? Do you want to become stronger, more fresh, build muscle mass with the possibility of possibly. to lose excess fat?

EHFA-certified personal trainer and dietary advisor Mia Panduro takes on this CSI team the point of departure of the participants' individual needs and will from time to time address issues such as how the quality of sleep can be improved, how to get the most out of the vegetable account, how you can get eat more fish, how to get rid of the sugarcane, reduce salt intake and much more.

The hours consist of approx. 25% dietary guidance and 75% training.

The training will be fun and varied - both fitness-enhancing and muscle building, but also help you find more peace and faith in yourself.
