Main Season 2019/20

Cardio Cross

Cardio Cross is for you who wants a persistent and challenging workout. The training is based on crossfit, exercises with own body weight, basic lifts, interval runs and companion exercises, creating a full on high pulse session for you and your teammates.

The training lasts 1.5 hours, which means that we also have time to focus on mobility and technical exercises in order to stay injury free.

Generally, the training takes place at ground level in KF9-Hallen, but if the weather allows it, we can move the training outside.

Training should not only be instructive, but also fun. We appreciate being social and we'll make sure to organize a post-training cacao after each training.

  • 57 Nørre Allé: Your coach will inform you at the first training session.
