Body and mind in everyday life

Everyday is what there are most of in life, yet it is often filled with unconscious habits, that does not enrich the quality of life. This course seeks to transform your daily doing to be more mindful and aware.

Learn how to be mindful when you eat, converse, commute etc.

You will learn a variety of meditations- and movements techniques with a focus on, how to implement in your everyday life.

We will also learn the elements of daily yoga and meditation practice, and how it can be transformed into your very own.

“Body and Mind in Everyday Life” will look into different challenges of daily life, what can you do for a better mind-body in an otherwise stressful everyday life? Which techniques can you use, when meditation seems unmanageable? How can you avoid procrastination?

All levels are welcome!
