This class is for those who want to learn badminton right from the beginning. The training includes exercises focusing on technique, tactics and rules, as well as socializing.
The training is for you who have been in a beginners class or have experience from playing in a club. You must be familiar with the rules and master the battle long single/advanced serve. In addition, you must have knowledge of the basic strokes, as clear, drop, lob and smash, and have a general knowledge of the legwork. Do you want to be part of a social community, while getting the opportunity to try to learn new technical- tactical skills and get lots of sweat, this is the right level for you.
This level is for you who have been playing badminton for several years. You master stroke techniques and have a basic knowledge of the movement patterns in doubles, including the installation of offensive and defensive. The training will focus on footwork, larger stroke variation and a technical refinement of ground strokes. We will work on movement patterns in both singles and doubles. We emphasize the social aspects while getting a fun and effective workout.
You have been in an experienced class previously and ready to move on. You master all the basics well, play doubles well, but lack refinement. You have a reasonable understanding of tactics in doubles and singles. The training will consist of exercises that involve both technical and tactical development. We start by working with the basic movements and basic strokes but increase severity and intensity during the season.
Feedback is very welcome, and if you have a game element you want us to focus on during training, the trainer is very open to suggestions.
