Evening Cardio is the class you need to end your day with an intense and effective workout. High pulse and a good sweat are guaranteed. We work with a full body approach and will primarily work with drills incorporating your own body weight and kettlebells. During training we will do variations on both load and intervals, ensuring maximal effect.
We will work both as a group and in pairs, making sure that we can help push ourselves just a little more than expected.
Training lasts one hour at the KF9-gym, but in case of perfect weather we might move outdoors for the session.
