• Students at the University of Copenhagen

• Employees at the University of Copenhagen

• Members of the University of Copenhagen University Alumni Association - Sign up here

• Ordinary members in the main season 2018/19 or summerseason 2019

• Non ordinary participants can from monday 2 of september join a selection of teams. See the list of teams here

How to sign up online

• Create your profile at the top of this page where it says "Login". Type your email and a password and press "Ny bruger"

• If you already have a profile, log in with your email and password

• Choose the wanted team/class under the "Sports" tab.

• Information regarding the classes, i.e. levels of the activity, will be available in the tabs at the top of the page under the chosen sport.

• Put the classes you want to sign up for in the ‘basket’

• Proceed to check-out and pay for your chosen classes.  

• Print, if necessary, the receipt

Once you have signed up for one or more classes, you will have a receipt for the classes you have signed up for on your profile under the tab "Hold".

Prices 

When you join a class/trip/course in KSI you pay the following:

• Membership fee: 180 DKK - will be paid once a year and applies for the period September 1^st till August 31^st. The amount is paid in connection with the registration of the first class/trip/course you register for. If you join KSI during the Summer Season, the amount is 80 DKK, and it applies from the date of entry until 31^st of August.

• Price/Participation fee: Varies and can be seen next to each class/trip/course you sign up for. The price applies for the given season.

• Non-student fee: This fee is paid in addition to the participation fee by non-students/PhD-students for each class/ trip/course.

• Non KU-student fee: This fee is paid by all members who are students, but non KU-students.
