Terms and conditions when you register

In order to participate in KSI's activities you must be a member and you must agree to the following conditions. You automatically become a member when you sign up for the first time in a season. The seasonal quota is valid for one season (maximum from 1 September till 31 August).

• You agree that participation in all of KSI's classes is at your own risk and that KSI is not liable for any injury sustained during sports or while traveling with KSI.

•  You agree that you are acting on your own responsibility towards third parties. 

• You agree that you are acting on your own responsibility towards the premises and equipment that you may cause damage to.

Study Status

If you are a student, you declare that you attend a SU eligible full-time education. You must, on request, be able to present documentation for your study and place of study. Incorrect information will lead to exclusion.

Social Security No.

All members of KSI must provide their CPR no. It is used in contact with the educational institutions, municipality, access control etc.

Registration of classes

If you sign up for an exercise class that trains at least once a week for most of the main season, you can unsubscribe before the third week of training after you have registered. You will then get a refund of the participant fee, except DKK 50 in administration fee.

You CANNOT cancel trips or courses.

Change of class

If you want to change from an exercise class, this can take place if there is spot in the desired class and the class is for your level. In case of change of class, you pay the price difference and a handling fee of 50 kr.

You do not have to pay an administration fee if the class change happens because the coach thinks you are not at the correct level for the class.

You CANNOT change from tours or courses.

Overbooked classes

In connection with overbooking of classes, even after payment has been made, KSI has the right to repay the money to persons who, for technical reasons, have not been registered in KSI's database.

Email

As a member of KSI, you agree to receive information regarding your classes, member information and newsletters. You also agree to show your name and email address to the other participants, as well as to the coaches on any class you have signed up for.

Personal personal data. We use them for these purposes only: 

• Validation of members' identity in relation to study status and subsidies from public authorities, if any.

• Compliance with legal requirements, eg. in connection with secure identification, implementation of payments and prevention of financial crime.

• KSI only uses your personal data for specific purposes that we have informed you about or that you have given your consent to when registering for an KSI-activity. We only collect the personal data that are needed in order to provide the adequate service and/or required to meet legal obligations. KSI will only share your personal information if required by law or if you have given us permission beforehand.

• You have the right to be informed which personal data we have about you, get a copy of it and get to know what we need the data for. You have the right to have your personal data erased when you are no longer a member.

• KSI automatically erase previous members' personal data when they can no longer register or when data is deemed obsolete. Due to documentation requirements from the City of Copenhagen, general member information is stored for up to 5 years after withdrawal.
