During the season
There is admission control at the venues on Institute for Sports Science and Nurture (Copenhagen University) on Nørre Alle 51, 53 and 57, the Ballet studio at KUA (Copenhagen University on Amager) and in the swimming pools we use.
The Venues on Nørre Alle, including the swimming pool: If you are a student or employee at Copenhagen University, you will be able to use your student ID card as admissions card. The card will be coded to grant you admission for the KSI classes you attend. But only if you have written the number in your KSI profile.
If you study anywhere else or are a non-student you can get a guest card that you can collect at the KSI-office, Nørre Alle 53 during opening hours. If you have a guest card or student ID registered in your profile from last season, please make sure that it is still the same one, it will be coded automatically to grant you admission to your KSI classes.
Please note: If you loose your guest card for the admission to Nørre Alle you will be charged 50 kroner when collecting a replacement card.
Ballet studio on KUA: You will be informed of the procedure regarding entrance at your first training session - please read admission details on the corresponding tabs in the class overview.
Bellahøj swimming pool: you will need to get a card for admission and the lockers. The cards cost a deposit of 40 kroner which will be returned when you hand in the card.
Other swimming pools: you must show your receipt of membership if asked.
The training periods mentioned in the team schedules include the change over between classes as well as assembly/disassembly of gear needed for training, but does not include the time needed for changing attire.
Cancellations and changes
You will be able to see cancellations and changes on usg.dk (the danish site - untill further notice) regarding classes. You will in most cases be informed via text or e-mail from the office or the coach.
The KSI office
The KSI office has its address on Nørre Allé 53, 2200 København N. At the office you can get information and guidance on the many activities at KSI. You can sign up for classes or change classes, you can buy some of the sports equipment needed like swimming goggles, bathing caps, shuttle cocks, knee pads etc. please see this link for more information in detail like prices, opening hours etc.
You must contact the guards at the venue where you lost your stuff. The guards at Nørre Alle can be reached at 28 75 08 81. The KSI-office does not receive forgotten items.
Cancellation of membership due to injury
If you are injured in a way that constitutes that you are unable to do the sport that you are signed up for, you are eligible for a partial refund on your participation fee, provided you are able to produce the relevant documentation from a physician (doctor, hospital or the like). The fee for documentation is paid for by you. You will get a partial refund corresponding to the remainder of the season, from the time KSI receives the documentation (not the date on the documents). An administration fee of 50 kr. is deducted.
Please note: The above conditions only apply for classes, not for trips, shorter courses (less than two moths in duration), or workshops. When signing up for trips make sure to sign a travel inssurance policy.
