Covid19 - regulations

Covid-19 Guidelines 

It is important to us that we have a safe training environment and can limit the risk of contamination. We do expect you as a member to help and take responsibility and comply with the following:

General rules:

  • Do not show up if you have had symptoms of illness 48 hours before training
  • Show up dressed for your sport.
  • Arrive on time - and leave the area immediately after training.
  • Please BRING YOUR OWN hand sanitizer and apply just before the workout and when you leave the workout again.
  • Please bring a full water bottle from home.
  • All bags and own equipment must be placed so that there is at least 1 meter in between.
  • Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and others and 2 meters (6 feet) if you are breathing heavily.
  • Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. 
  • It is recommended that participants do not touch their face during training/matches.
  • Respect and follow the specific instructions of your trainer and the training facility.

If you are tested positive for covid19, you must immediately contact the secretariat on tel. 9391 6198. If the phone is closed, you must contact Head of Secretariat Helle Greve Barslev (hgb@kustudenteridraet.dk)

In addition, we have the following rules for the individual sports:

Badminton

  • You stick to one and the same ball per match/training partner.
  • You do not reuse the same ball in the next match/training with new opponents.
  • You throw the ball which you have used in the rubbish bin.
  • You play with the same partner as much as possible in doubles.
  • You use your racket to pass the ball without contact between duels.

Basketball

  • Training and matches with body contact is allowed, but should be kept at a minimum.
  • It is okay to use common balls and equipment, but it must be sprayed frequently.
  • Balls are splashed off after each workout.
  • You train in regular groups and place yourself immediately upon arrival in the group you belong to.
  • Remember good hand hygiene and a cloth/towel to wipe off sweat.

Climbing with rope and bouldering

  • Apply hand sanitizer after each attempt/route.
  • Climb with the same partner every time as much as possible.
  • Avoid taking ropes in the mouth when guiding.
  • Do partner check with a distance.

Dance

  • A distance of 2 meters is maintained between the dancers.
  • Dancing can be done in pairs if there is a distance of two meters between the other dancing couples. There should be no change of dance partners.

Diving

  • There may only be one on the platform at a time. For synchronous diving, the distance between the two divers must be at least 1 meter.
  • The rest of the group must stay in the queue with a minimum distance of 1 meter between them.
  • Washcloths used during training must be stored in a separate bag between use and must not be shared with others.

Exercise (Crossfit, Functional Strength Training, Morning Bag, Evening Bag, Cardio Cross)

  • At the beginning of the training, all participants are divided into groups of 2-4 people. This group must be followed by the training throughout.
  • Hand sanitizer and paper is made available for wiping in several places in the facility to make it is easy to clean afterwards.
  • Participants must apply hand sanitizer continuously during training.

Free diving

  • It is recommended that participants bring their own equipment such as swim cap, goggles, plate, pullboy, flippers, zoomers, hand paddles, snorkel, equipment net, water polo cap, washcloth, neoprene caps, nose clip and the like.
  • Do not share equipment with other participants. It is recommended that the use of equipment is generally minimized and that only the drinking bottle is on the pool edge.
  • Spraying of contact points on cupboards in changing rooms is done after use.
  • Upon arrival at the swimming pool, you must immediately place yourself in the group in which you participate in the lessons. Groups must not be merged, and you must not switch between different groups during the activity. You stay in the same lane throughout the workout.
  • Keep a distance of 2 metres during swimming and 1 metre during breaks.

Futsal

  • Training and fighting with body contact is allowed, but should be minimized.
  • Common balls and equipment must be used, but must be wiped frequently.
  • Balls are splashed off after each workout. 

Gymnastics and Trampoline

  • Landing and take-off areas are sprayed and wiped regularly and always during exercise changes.
  • Hands are sprayed before starting a jump or a round on a trampoline.

Kayak

  • You must use your own kayak clothes (possibly wetsuit) and anorak (KSI loan suits/anoraks cannot be used).
  • The changing room can be used, but there may only be a maximum of 4 in the dressing room at a time. Your own clothes may be placed in the plastic boxes/on the shelf during training.
  • Safety lockers (green cabinets) can be used if you bring your own padlock.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer just before entering the toilet or shower room.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer immediately after leaving the toilet or shower room.

Martial arts

  • Train with the same partner during the entire training, and if possible the same partner for all training sessions. The training can be organized in training groups of 2-3 people according to level.
  • There should be 2 meters between each pair.
  • Avoid touching yourself in the face and apply hand sanitizer to your hands during training and bring a towel to wipe off sweat.
  • In connection with exercise changes, spray and wipe used surfaces.
  • Equipment is only used by the same people in each training whereafter it is quarantined for at least 72 hours.

Mountainbike

  • Handles, brakes, gear selector, saddle adjustment are sprayed off if the mountain bikes have been used less than 72 hours before the training (i.e. the mtb team sprints off if there has been, for example, mtb-adv.race training the day before).

Outdoor cross

  • Dumbbells and the like are disinfected after use by the participants.
  • Peer exercises can be done. For exercises without body contact, it is recommended that you keep a distance of 2 meters.
  • For body contact exercises, it is recommended to minimize the amount of time with body contact, especially face-to-face contact. It is a prerequisite that there is generally a great deal of attention paid to recommendations regarding hygiene and prevention of contact contamination.

Parkour

  • At the start of training, all participants are divided into groups of 2-4 people. This group must be followed by the participants throughout the training.
  • The participants must apply hand sanitizer during training.

Pilates/Yoga

  • Bring your own pilates/yoga mat
  • A distance of 2 meters is maintained between participants.

Running and strength training (if dumbbells are used)

  • Dumbbells and the like are sprinkled off after using the participants.

  • Peer exercises can be done. In exercises without body contact, it is recommended that you keep a distance of two meters.
  • For body contact exercises, it is recommended to minimize the amount of time with body contact, especially face-to-face contact. It is a prerequisite that there is generally a great deal of attention paid to recommendations regarding hygiene and prevention of contact contamination.

SUP - Stand Up Paddle

  • Please, use your own SUP paddling clothes (possibly wetsuit) and anorak (KSI loan suits/anoraks cannot be used).
  • The changing room can be used, but there may only be a maximum of 4 in the dressing room at a time. Your own clothes may be placed in the plastic boxes/on the shelf during training.
  • Safety lockers (green cabinets) can be used if you bring your own padlock.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer just before entering the toilet or shower room.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer immediately after leaving the toilet or shower room.

Swimming

  • It is recommended that the participants bring their own equipment such as swim cap, goggles, plate, pullboy, flippers, zoomers, hand paddles, snorkel, equipment net, water polo cap, washcloth, neoprene caps, nose clip and the like.
  • Do not share equipment with other practitioners. It is recommended that the use of equipment is generally minimized and that only the drinking bottle is on the pool edge.
  • Common equipment (such as leg kick plates and flippers) is cleaned after use.
  • Disinfection of contact points on cupboards in the changing rooms is done after use.
  • Upon arrival at the swimming pool, you must immediately place yourself in the group in which you participate during the lessons. Groups must not be merged and you must not switch between different groups during the activity. You stay in the same lane throughout the workout.
  • Keep a distance of 2 meters during swimming and 1 meter during breaks.

Trips (eg. kayaking, climbing, skiing, hiking)

  • Use a face mask during transport to and from the activity.
  • Stay only overnight with those in your “family” or in your own tent - or in an open bivouac with 1 meter between you.
  • In regards to food, let as few people as possible be in charge of the distribution, and make sure that he/she applies hand sanitizer immediately before distributing.
  • Individual cutlery must be used and dish washed individually afterwards.

Water polo

  • It is recommended to minimize the number of tackles and other exercises with body contact. Also plan as much as possible that the distance of 2 meters between each participant is maintained. 
  • Two people may move the goal as long as the distance of 1 meter is maintained. Remember good hand hygiene before and after having moved the goal.
  • A common ball may be used for the training.
  • Balls and goals are cleaned routinely.

Winter bathing

  • The participants must wash with soap and water before and after entering the sauna.
  • A maximum of 3 people is allowed to be seated in the sauna.
  • They must sit with a meter between them and with their head pointing the same way, i.e. they must sit on the same bench
  • Sauna must either be splashed on benches and handles / railings or left for 72 hours (quarantined) after a sauna team has used the sauna.
  • The changing room may be used, but there may only be a maximum of 4 people in the changing room at a time. Your own clothes may be put in the plastic boxes/on the shelf during training.
  • Safety lockers (green cabinets) can be used if you bring your own padlock.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer just before entering the toilet or shower room.
  • You must apply hand sanitizer immediately after leaving the toilet or shower room.

Volleyball

  • Participants must avoid physical contact and high fives before/during/after matches/training.
  • Bring a towel to wipe off sweat.
  • You train in regular groups and place yourself immediately upon arrival in the group you belong to.
  • The balls must be disinfected after each workout.
  • It is recommended that the participants do not touch themselves in the face during matches/training.
  • Cleaning of hands, arms and balls must be done before, during and at the end of the match/training (recommended at least every 15 minutes and when there is a natural break).
